Spanish Speaking role but must also be able to read and write in English.
This position is 100% remote.
The hours range from 7am-7pm MST with a choice of 8-5pm or 9-6pm core hours can be selected.
Comp Range: $1000/month + uncapped commission

This is a high‑intensity sales role for competitive closers who speak fluently in Spanish, want unlimited earning potential. You’ll work pre‑approved leads, move fast, overcome objections, and drive loans from application to funding.

What You’ll Do (Spanish speaking position)
- Close pre‑approved auto refinance customers
- Sell optional finance and protection products
- Make 60+ outbound calls daily
- Manage a high‑volume pipeline from start to finish
- Hit targets, earn more leads, make more money
- $1000/month + uncapped commissions

Must have a desktop or laptop PC capable of installing and running the Windows App. Device must support hardwired (Ethernet) connection for stable network access.
- Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of:
- Download: 50 Mbps or higher. Upload: 10 Mbps or higher
- Must provide their own headset, mouse, and keyboard.
- IT can only provide very limited support for personal devices; it is the responsibility of the new hire to run updates and maintain their personal device.
