The Lender Management Project Coordinator position will be an in-office position at our Denver CO Location.

SUMMARY
The Lender Management Project Coordinator is responsible for all technical and operational aspects for onboarding lenders and supporting active lenders within the TSG systems. This person will be responsible for updating lender rates, guidelines and information within TSG systems. Additionally, this person will assist with document mapping and being the main point of contact for the lender Info Hub pages. The LM Project Coordinator will work closely with the Lender Services Department, as well as work across departments on behalf of the lender management team, to coordinate and follow up on system tickets that impact the lender network and lender management team. In addition, the LM Project Coordinator will ensure the desired results have been achieved, track the progress of open tickets, uncover and report any new issues that may have emerged, as well as provide regular updates to the reporter(s) of the tickets to foster open communication across all departments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and execute all document mapping and TSG system tests for lenders during the lender on- boarding process
  • Assist in rate and program updates in both the TSG system and Info Hub resource
  • Coordinate and perform LOS training for lenders and system integration testing with development and the lender management team.
  • Submit and track development tickets submitted to IT by members of Operations and Lender Services
  • Research and test the functionality of systems integrations, requested enhancements and necessary fixes on behalf of lenders and the lender management team.
  • Participate in system release meetings for information and updates to share with reporters
  • Work with reporters of tickets, IT and management team to prioritize tickets between departments
  • Use independent judgement to resolve complex ticket, mapping and application issues, while partnering with stakeholders.
  • Maintains excellent job knowledge of the processes, products, systems, compliance and company information.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or a GED, bachelor’s degree in area of specialty or equivalent professional work experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to interact with a professional demeanor with staff, lenders and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently to drive projects to completion with defined deadlines
  • Must possess excellent planning, problem solving, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented with respect to documentation and execution

COMPENSATION
 This position pays a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 determined by relevant experience and education. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM.
